Stay with monograms

When I see this kind of napkin, I think of the word, "novelty" The personalized napkins with monograms at this website are so attractive, especially the newer ones like Paris -- why bother with this more commercial look ?
Having said that, the silver foil on the black napkin is a sharp look. How about a silver monogram on the black napkin, I haven't seen that in any of these examples, it would look striking.
