Personal opinion -- this is the most attractive monogram that they sell at this site, it's ornate and shows off the quality of the embossing

I ordered these for use at our wedding reception. They are gorgeous! The embossing is so well done, and the paper is very nice, smooth but also very absorbent. They made an elegant touch.

The Whitlock monogram has a wonderful old-timey look that adds a flair to the usual monogram look. Yes, I agree with the other reviewers that the Whitlock monogram has a Victorian look.

Whitlock monogram

The Whitlock monogram is so attractive and so 19th century in appearance... this photograph doesn't do it justice. I ordered these in ivory and the embossing is very strong and pronounced. By the way, Giftsin24 ships fast, I had my napkins in 3 days after I ordered.

I like this Victorian monogram, too, and, yes, like the other reviewer mentioned, "Young Victoria" is an excellent movie with plenty of wonderful views of Victorian decor and design.

I agree with the other reviewers that the Victorian look is making a comeback. I have always liked Victoriana anyway, yes, maybe because my name is Victoria. :)

Royal Seal

This Whitlock monogram looks like a royal seal that would have been on the personalized stationery and other royal documents belonging to a royal family in a Scottish castle. And yes, the monogram looks Victorian, too as several other reviewers have noted. No, I have not seen the movie -- Young Victoria -- that one of the reviewers recommends, but I saw that it got an excellent review in the New Yorker.

Whitlock monogram

I'd say the Whitlock monogram is the most attractive napkin monogram that I see at this site. I notice that other reviews talk about the newer styles of monograms, but I like this traditional, Victorian look. Personalized napkins are a different genre from the personalized stationery ... the more decorative look is just fine for a napkin.

Personalized napkins look best with a monogram, and this style is very original-looking. I must commend this company for going to the trouble of creating new monograms instead of showing the same old style over and over.

best monogram because it's so different

The thing I like about this design is that it’s so different from other monograms. It’s ornate without looking fussy. I’m surprised at how deep the embossing is in the napkins. They really do a nice job.
