My husband knows how much I love to sit and write letters to our grand kids. So for my birthday this month he surprised me with a new box of personalized stationery. He selected the Cosmo Note which I really loved. I can’t wait to start using these today. After seeing the great quality I now will also be ordering some gifts for friends too.

I can safely say I’ve never heard of Lover’s Day before. What does this so-called holiday bring to the table that Valentine’s Day or Sweetest Day doesn’t? It seems redundant to me.
Any excuse to give a romantic personalized note to that special someone is good, I suppose. Not that you should need a special occasion to give a wonderful gift to your significant other, or take them out to dinner, of course.

Lover’s Day is a new one on me. There’s no Wikipedia page for it so maybe it’s not that widespread yet.
A quick Google search seems to suggest it was created as a non-commercialized alternative to Valentine’s Day. I’m sure that won’t last long, especially since here we are talking about things you can buy for your special someone on Lover’s Day.
I guess if you’re going to go ahead and commercialize it, might as well buy the best, right? Besides, you can still give your personalized notes that individual, special touch that so many gifts are lacking by writing the most heartfelt message you can think of. I guess as far as Lover’s Day gifts go, that’s probably the best idea.

I think it’s something that a wedding planner or advertiser created in April when they saw so many people getting married and engaged in April. It was a natural dvelopment that a day to honor a surge of smitten couples would come to fruition. It surely initiates even those who are entertaining the idea in early spring and to take some initiative for an engagement party or setting the date for a forth coming wedding. It’s supposed to give ” shy and timid people” a little incentive ” to express their love,” take a leap.. If you don’t plan your wedding on the date you can seriously contemplate it and perhaps plan an engagement party, another intimate encounter if nothing else will do. We have a 110 Best Selling Personalized Napkins that will be just, right for whatever you’d like to celebrate. You’ll have to order the Domaine Chandon or Dom Perignon from someone else.

I don’t think Lover’s Day went over as it big as it should have. I mean it could be as big as Valentine’s Day for those hopeless romantics or those people looking for love in all the wrong places and maybe suddenly coming to the realization that they’ve been going about it the wrong way or maybe even a day to try again if you still feel you can make use of wings and they have not been singed or caught in too many closing doors.
