A Healthier You

It’s never too late to get back in shape after suffering a setback like the one on Thanksgiving Day. It was a minor setback, granted, but a defining one. No one said you had to polish off what was left of the twenty pound turkey all by yourself. It was a moment of weakness on your part, one that you are regretting to this day. The good news is after such a defeat – today – you are motivated and inspired to get back in shape.
Let’s be realistic here, turkey is actually a healthy treat, but putting gravy on every inch on your plate was your downfall. You have tried every expensive work out video there is and nothing seemed to work. Even chugging down an organic drink or two at the super market was disappointing. This is not an infomercial, although it’s beginning to sound like one, no, this is your wake up call, people! You have yet to explore the most obvious solution – a personalized tablet. Yes, a personalized tablet. Studies show that losing weight is as much physical as it is mental. Record your progress. Write down your workout for the day, the minutes you have completed, the miles you ran, and most importantly your thoughts.
We like you just the way you are, but if you are looking for a better alternative to become a healthier you, a personalized tablet will assist you at every step.

I definitely feel like I put on a few pounds over Thanksgiving weekend, not just on Turkey Day itself but successive celebrations with friends and family on the following days as well. To tell the truth, I’ve been afraid to get up on my scale and find out just how much I gained!
I have been trying to be good since then, but with all the holiday treats in the stores it’s not easy. I’m trying to set up a workout schedule to burn off some of those extra pounds, especially since I’m sure I’ll put on more when we celebrate Christmas (I can’t believe it’s just a few weeks away!). So maybe writing down a schedule of exercise on my personalized tablet would be a good idea. I think I’ll give that a try!

Trying to lose weight, or even just keep from putting on a few pounds during the holiday season, seems like a lost cause for many. Controlling your diet and not pigging out is important, as is keeping up a regular exercise schedule. Both are notoriously difficult at this time of year. Holiday sweets are omnipresent right now, with cookies, candy canes, gingerbread houses, candy, and many more seeming to greet you everywhere you turn. And in the rush to put up all your holiday decorations inside and outside the house, as well as buy gifts for everyone on your list, attend as many holiday parties as you can, and everything else you have to do during these hectic few weeks, who has time for exercise?
Even people who are normally pretty disciplined will often have a tough time maintaining their weight this time of year. Digging out that personalized tablet to write down an exercise schedule for yourself is excellent advice, and is one of if not the only way you can avoid packing on some extra pounds during the holiday season. I definitely agree that it’s worth getting a personalized tablet to help you write down a schedule and stick to it.
