I have made the mistake of ordering printed napkins from a party store chain near my house in the past. The quality was very poor and the printing was poorly applied to the napkins. A good friend of mine referred me to Giftsin24. I was very pleased to see the variety of napkins they offer. I saw that they offered Foil Stamped napkins and they seem more elegant then printed ones. I do agree that they do price their personalized napkins competitively. I have ordered from Giftsin24 before. Was very pleased about the quality of their products. But then I saw they have their NEW Color Mist Napkin collection. My next party is near the end of September. I cannot wait to order this new type of embossing. If you look at the images and read the description, it is like they add some color to their embossing technique. I have never seem something like that before.

I have made the same mistake as Dawn Sherman who wrote the first comment, above. NEVER order order personalized products unless you know who the MANUFACTURER is. There are only a few manufacturers of personalized products in the first place … of these, my experience is this: only Embossed Graphics, Crane, and William Arthur have high-quality production systems. Most of the rest are “garage” outfits that never made the original investments in equipment and software in the first place and should not be advertised in retail stores and websites. Stay with the best and you can avoid the bad experiences. If you do have a mistake occur from an honorable company, they will replace it immediately as part of their overall quality program, and you won’t spend time in email or on the phone trying to explain what quality is and is not …
