Personalized Business Napkins
There are a great many ways to advertise these days. Promoting your business is an utmost importance. Promoting your business is likely to take many forms, newspaper ads, yellow pages, a website, maybe even a radio or television commercial. Utilizing these methods of advertising takes a great amount of time and money.
One great way of promoting your business that doesn’t take much time or money is personalized business napkins. Unlike most methods of advertising, business napkins do not take the amount of time that a billboard does nor the constant amount of money that a website takes.
Business napkins personalized with your company name and logo provides instant results and yet can be a long term advertising strategy with sustained results. Imagine one of the many times you are entertaining a prospective new client. You do the introductions; as you start your sales pitch you provide a small snack, a doughnut maybe, with that snack comes a soft 3-ply napkin with the company’s name and logo elaborately embossed on it. This says to prospective client that you are willing to go that extra step for them. This gesture says that they will get the best service here with you because of your attention to detail.
You might not think that personalized napkins can pull that much weight for your advertising dollar. But it is the little things that are often noticed in a business meeting. A business relationship is always made with the details. An honest smile, a firm handshake, a glass of water to drink, the offering a personalized napkin, these little details are simple but have the effect of enhancing your business.
This is what personalized stationery can do for you and your business. They provide your sales people and your customers with business recognition. A quick handwritten thank you card for the business meeting using a personalized business card, embossed in the same style used on your napkins, carries a message of that the customer is important. Having personalized notepads for your clients to take notes on says that you take pride in your company. It is these little messages that come through loud and clear.
It is not easy to promote a business with a limited budget at your disposal in this day and age. Free yourself from worrying about where to get the funds for your advertising. Take advantage of what personalized stationery can do for you and experience a turnaround in your company exposure and profits. The return of your investment and the considerable savings you experience in using this simple advertising tool can free up resources to divert to other company endeavors thereby increasing your bottom line.

I never thought about promoting your business through the use of personalized napkins. I assume you can choose any color you want to match the color scheme of your company. Great topic. I wonder if this works for my classroom.

I recently had a grand opening for my boutique and ordered personalized napkin. I had ordered personalized napkins with my stores name and also a coupon printed on the napkins. I handed them out to my customers and told them that if they bring it back on their next purchase they receive the discount. So far out of the 200 napkins I ordered I received 20 back and only handed them out about 2 weeks ago. The 20 repeat customers easily paid for the cost of the napkins and even more. The foil napkins here at Giftsin24.com are a great deal because there on sale where you get 100 napkins for $28.95.

I just looked at my comment from last week about personalized corporate napkins. I meant to say “… you COULD personalize personalize your corporate napkins with you favorite sales slogan …” I made two spelling errors in one sentence … sorry about that …
