Personalized Napkins and the Business World
It is very fascinating to see how far the small and simple details can bring out recognition in your name or establishment. The company sign at the front of a building shines just a little more than the next. The employees have a few more teeth in their smile. Or even the nice offer of ice water while you stop by to visit a client. But there is something that will stick in my mind from a detail that several companies over look. Personalized napkins within the conference rooms. Yeah. I said it……personalized napkins.
Step into my shoes for a little bit, and you will understand my reasons. Imagine yourself, walking into another establishment, looking to utilize their services for your company. You have been through this before….walking into the offices; you shake the hands of smiling clients. You listen to introductions and then sit down to look at numbers and see if this company can impress you. But something stands out a little. As they hand you a glass of ice water accompanied by a beverage napkin, you notice their logo, boldly embossed within the 3-ply napkin. These people pay attention to detail; they go just a little further than the next. Shaking hands after the meeting, you go back to your company, smiling, and you have a new clientele to work with.
That was my experience. I loved the detail, and I won’t forget it. Now I find myself, imagining how my company logo looks on some beautifully colored napkins. I can even go another step further, and obtain some personalized stationery. Maybe a set of personalized cards with my name and title. Or even a personalized notepad sitting on my desk showing my favorite inspiring quotes.
So, if personalized napkins monogrammed with your name seems like it won’t be noticed, believe me, IT WILL. Those details are just too valuable to miss. Maybe impress your boss during Christmas with some personalized napkins with the company logo. I’m sure the next time you will sit in the company conference room, you will see the stack of high quality napkins you gave him displayed on the table and a prideful boss sitting down with his chin just a little higher than yesterday.

Have any of you readers tried the “custom” function here at Giftsin24 ? Is it easy to transfer the art to Giftsin24 and have them create the custom napkins or stationery ? As I recall, it’s an extra $30 or thereabouts ? The choice for “custom” is in the menu of choices on the left side of the home page… the 3rd or 4th item down from the top…

This is a great idea to have some custom embossed napkins for your conference room. I don’t really know why I haven’t thought of this before on my own? However I do appreciate Barret’s suggestion. I am definitely going to check these out here on the site and place my order today. I personally prefer embossed napkins over foil-stamped because they are more unique. These will be eye catching to all of my vendors and clients without a doubt when handed out with a beverage.

It’s a nice look to have custom napkins for the conference room. We have them at our company but only take them out when we have guest customers, so we don’t waste them. But it is a very good finishing touch for the room.

Personalized napkins for business conference rooms and business events are a nice idea, but this can be expensive for higher quantities.

We always put out the “company napkins” in the conference room when we have guests for a meeting. It’s one of the finishing touches that adds a touch of grace to the event.

If you have a nice conference room or dining area in your office, it’s a top-notch highlight to have personalized napkins available — just for special visits, conferences, breakfasts, etc. We have them at our firm.

Anything that “humanizes” a conference room is an important touch … A conference room should have wonderful details and “ready” refreshments — too often, conference rooms are cold and spartan … this does not lend a good atmosphere and probably puts downward pressure on the spirit of the meeting — that’s the way it seems at my company, anyway.

If you’re proud of your brand, you must WANT to show it to your customers… yes, personalized napkins with your corporate logo would be the “cat’s pajamas” for the conference room, for special occasions only, of course …

Keep your brand in front of your customers … if that’s who is visiting your conference room, then the visitors should see your brand.
