Then they was notified 3 days before my big day that they failed to place my order. I then ran accross Giftsin24.com by doing a search online. I contacted their friendly customer service represeentative Brandon in the afternoon on a Tuesday. He informed that they are able to ship personalized napkins the next business day. He then assisted me with getting my order placed online and advised me that since I am located in California I would need to upgrade my shipping method to Overnight Shipping so that I would have them in time for Friday. Since I am located in California which was normally a 4-5 day shipping area I had no issue upgrading my shipping to receive this fix to my wedding day. To Brandon and all of the staff at Giftsin24 that assisted with getting my order out so fast I thank you for sharing in my special day.
